China is a total immersive experience because everywhere you look is another culture and by that I mean mainly the written characters. Even if you’re in a European country where you don’t know the language, you can at least read it. Not in China – I really embraced that and tried to take it all in. 

This trip was a while ago – when people still used to ride bikes a lot in Beijing. I really enjoyed riding the bike and even had to have a flat tire fixed.
