You really see both in Turkey. Of course I knew that I would love Istanbul – especially how the Mosques and old churches can both be seen in the same building. But it was the countryside that was so amazing.

The Bazaar is so huge it’s hard to imagine. Of course we met a carpet salesman who sold us both carpets and sent them to the US (they both got there). Hard to trust these guys but he was great.
