This was our first step to our 6 month journey (which we thought would last two weeks when we left). Great intro to the region and we started to have a sense that we may stay longer than those planned two weeks.

Friends of James let us stay at their apartment – but they had a cat and I was really allergic. Instead of staying in the apartment and dying, I walked around the city all night and slept on a slide in a park.
