I did a trip through Eastern Europe in 1989 before the wall came down driving from Germany during my junior abroad. Unfortunately I didn’t really take a lot of pictures and/or I lost them so until the search turns up something in my old boxes, these pictures remind me of what I saw.

A lot has changed since 1989 – including even the name of the country.
