Fun trip together and if I remember correctly – thrown together at the last minute. Not as warm as I would have wanted and the wind was a bit much until I learned how to windsurf. Gretchen learned only during this trip that I’m a pretty good sailor – we got a catamaran and the renter was worried we would get stuck out at sea, but instead we had a great time and got back no problem despite some pretty windy conditions.

I got a relatively big sail for a windsurfing adventure and was really struggling getting up. The guy from the shop saw me and told me to get a much smaller sail and what to do. From that moment on, I’ve been a pretty good windsurfer.
